Wyvern Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Database System Administrator (DBSA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing databases to support National CMMS requirements within the security industry. Duties May Include:

  • Analysis of database issues and implementation of effective solutions.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to understand and address database requirements for National CMMS.
  • Development and optimization of database structures and configurations.
  • Testing and validation of database performance under various conditions.
  • Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
  • Monitoring database health and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Contribution to data modeling and database design efforts.
  • Participation in database-related projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Database Analyst (DBA) or Database System Administrator (DBSA) with relevance to National CMMS requirements within the security industry.
  • Proficiency in managing IBM Maximo databases and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity in all database operations.
